On Thursday 20th June we celebrated our End of Year School Mass. As usual the girls took part in readings, singing, drama, prayers and reflections with great confidence.
During the Celebration we took the opportunity to :
- Thank Anne Fitzgibbon who will be finishing in her role as school secretary after 19 years.
- Congratulate Fr. Ryan on the celebration of his Golden Jubilee. Anna Nealon presented a “thank you” from the staff while Ali Hogan did so on behalf of the pupils.
- Say “Buíochas” and “Slán” to the Sixth Class girls as they move on to Secondary Schools.
- Say thank you to each staff member. Each was presented with a carnation as a symbol of that thanks.
